Kerry was educated at Williams College in Massachusetts, ranked by U.S. News and World Report as the #1 Liberal Arts College in America. She completed her master’s degree in a joint program with Harvard and Tufts Universities, respectively ranked #2 and #28 in U.S. News and World Report’s rankings of national universities.

Despite having been educated in New England, she was a long-time resident of Washington DC and is a California native. As a mother of one high school and two college students, she is personally acquainted with the stresses of the college admissions process and the terrifying costs of college.
Kerry has provided college admissions and financial aid planning services to hundreds of families. She is a member of the Higher Education Consultants Association and the Western Association of College Admissions Counselors. She is also a nationally certified college financial aid planner and was advised by Troy Onink, one of the foremost financial aid authorities in the country and a financial aid columnist for Forbes magazine.
